Designed for beginners, intermediate, and advanced individuals to familiarize you with the movements used in group class. Foundations is a series of 5 one-hour sessions, and can accommodate 1-2 people. It is recommended that at least two sessions are scheduled each week to enforce motor skills and movement pattern. Upon completion of the final Foundations session, you will be prepared to begin CrossFit classes.
