Each class is run by 626’s professional coaching staff with a maximum of 12 participants per class. Workouts are different from day to day, and clients receive coaching every time they attend a class. Classes are scheduled for one full hour, and generally include a warm-up, skill work or strength work, and conditioning. Workouts are scaled (load, volume and intensity) and movements are modified to meet the needs of all our clients. All classes are taught in a group setting thus encouraging community, camaraderie, individual performance/progress and fun.
Our Group Training is a strength and conditioning program that is constantly varied and facilitates a general preparedness of any type of interest our clients have. Whether you are looking for a break from the same old routine at the gym, training for an upcoming endurance event (marathons, mountain bike races, adventure races, etc.), seeking to improve your overall health and well being, or just wanting to challenge yourself and see what you are capable of, we can help.

If you have experience with CrossFit and have at least 6 month’s experience, please contact us about membership. Visitors can pay for single class drop-ins or inquire about a weekly visitor rate.
