This is my first time doing CrossFit. The coaches guide me so well that I'm adjusting to the classes quickly. Everyone teaches kindly and the class atmosphere is full of energy. I want to work harder and get healthier. Highly recommended!!

Joining CrossFit 626 has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself. As I get older, staying strong and fit has become so important to me. I initially joined because I was dealing with pretty bad lower back pain and knew that strength training was the best way to improve it. Pam, Kelsi, and all of the coaches have been incredibly supportive and attentive to my individual needs. They make sure I’m using proper form, modifying movements when needed, and most importantly, not doing anything that could cause me to reinjure myself. I also really appreciate that the classes aren’t overcrowded, so you get plenty of attention from the coaches. I had absolutely no gym or strength-training background and was initially intimidated by the idea of joining CrossFit, but everyone has been so welcoming and encouraging. I’m so glad I found CrossFit 626. It’s a great community, and I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you’re new to CrossFit or nervous about getting started!

I've been to 5+ crossfit gyms across the country and this location has the best coaches, students, and overall good vibe community. Very beginner-friendly, very clean, and great place for strength and conditioning as well as cardio
