18.1 Complete!
Congrats to all those who tackled 18.1. Registered or not, you can join us on Saturdays at 8am to hit the Open workouts for the next 4 weeks. Just let one of the coaches know you’re going to participate on Saturday and we’ll put you in a heat.
News and Events
- Our relocation date has been delayed due to setbacks with construction. Not to worry. We have it all under control. You can look forward to our move in late March or early April. A definitive date will be out as soon as construction gets closer to finished.
- Please note the following changes to class schedule:
- 7.30pm CrossFit on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY.
- 9am CrossFit is now Monday through Friday.
- Body Comp Challenge is only for 2 more weeks. Take advantage of your nutrition consultations to fine tune your eating habits for your goals. Email pam@crossfit626.com
- Body Comp Retest during the week March 5th. Please show up on 3/10 between 7-8am; otherwise email Pam for a different day and time.
