Tuesday: Overhead Squats; Lunges / Burpees; Plank / Ring Rows
Wednesday: Shoulder Press / Pull Ups; Renegade Rows / Overhead Holds; Tricep Pulldowns
Thursday: Snatch; Pull Ups / Overhead Squats; Ring Body Saw
Friday: Clean Complex; Power Cleans / Push Ups / Bike
Saturday: Bench Press / Split Squats; Run / Row / Kettlebell Swings
