Tuesday: Front Squats / Pull Ups; Kettlebell Swings / Wall Balls / Burpee Box Jump Overs
Wednesday: Skullcrushers / Bench Press / Push Ups; Sumodeadlift High Pull / Pull Ups / V-ups
Thursday: Thrusters; Hang Power Clean / Ring Dips / Farmer Carry / Hang Power Snatch / Burpees
Friday: Split Squats / Upright Rows; AMSU / Pull Ups / Handstand Push Ups / Box Jumps / Burpees
Saturday: Deadlifts; Slam Ball / Hollow Hold
