The numbers have been tabulated from the second strength program and the results are, once again, spectacular! You can check out the full scoop over at heaveyduty.com but some highlights for you:
- Tara added 50 lbs to her deadlift (and she had room to go if you ask me)!
- Virginia showed no signs of slowing down by adding 30 lbs to her back squat after adding 15 lbs in the first strength session.
- Kris joined the 400+ lbs deadlift club (he hit 415 lbs – you see that Damian?).
- The group of 13 added 695 lbs to their lifts with just 3 weeks worth of work, this corresponds to an average improvement of 8.3% across all people and lifts… truly amazing.
The next strength program will be starting up in January. Stay tuned to the blog and the facebook group page for more information. Great job guys and gals, I couldn’t be more proud!
