As many of you know, the second strength program ended last week with a bang! So many PR’s by everyone participating in the program- and the excitement in the room was overwhelming! Our morning strength class was almost all ladies- and these gals put up some serious numbers- including a 50# PR for Tara’s DL! (Be sure to check out Friday’s blog post for all the detailed results from the last strength program.)
…Looks like 626 has caught the strength bug…and its spreading! Be sure to stay tuned for more info on the next strength session which will start in January. More details to come…
