Coach Heavey’s strength program is back next month!
That’s right, in April Coach Heavey will be offering another Lifting Specialty Program.
Similar to previous strength programs, this strength cycle will be 6 weeks long and will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The focus will be on improving your deadlift, back squat, press, and bench press by lifting heavy sh*t.
