5 Habits of Healthy Eating
- Eliminate wheat, gluten, and allergenic foods.
- Eat more vegetables
- Eat more protein.
- Limit sugars, including artificial sweeteners
- Drink water when you wake up.
Nutrition is a tricky S.O.B. How do you really know what you’re doing is working? How much protein are you suppose to eat? Do you do a low carb diet? Or maybe a low fat diet? How long will it take to get results?
The best answer is to get a Nutrition Coach. Just like having a fitness coach to guide you through a fitness program, or a business mentor to generate profit, a nutrition coach will help you make lifestyle changes for lifetime results.
Check out “Jane Doe” making changes to quality of food, timing, and quantity of macros to change or performance and body composition.
“Before” pictures are on the left and “after” pictures are on the right taken about a year apart. Notice the change in muscle tone, and not to forget, function. Her goal was to increase strength and endurance while decreasing body fat. The results were a loss of 5% body fat and a gain of 6 lbs of muscle mass with better performance in her squats and running.
The 626 Nutrition Program is right for you if you:
