AVOCADO SALSA (Paleo, Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
INGREDIENTS:
1-3 jalapeño peppers (to taste) (stems removed)
1 cup fresh cilantro
3 avocados (peeled and pitted)
½ pound tomatillos, husked and sliced in half
½ to 1 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix first 5 ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips. Serves 4–6.
