A breakfast recipe to break the usual “eggs and bacon” for the first meal.
Ingredients: sweet potato, red onion, garlic, Poblano pepper, Serrano pepper, mushrooms, ground beef, eggs, spring mix, cherry tomatoes, lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil.
You can make large batch to have throughout the week. Also good for lunch and dinner as well.
