My Top Healthy Simple Primal/Paleo Snacks
- Avocado
- 1-2 Soft or Hard Boiled Eggs
- Small handful of nuts (not peanuts)
- Spoonful of Almond Butter
- Broccoli
- 1/2 chicken breast
- 1-2 Handfuls of Berries
- Apple
- Kale Chips
- Saving the best for last: veggies dipped in almond butter…Mmmmmm!
