Here’s Alice’s delish salad recipe from the BBQ:
Salad Dressing
(ballpark measurements using the eyeball method):
– 1/4 cup Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar (from Trader Joe’s)
– 1/8 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, minced (micro-grate garlic to get that paste-like consistency)
– Salt & Pepper, to taste
Salad:
(anything that needs to be chopped, everything cubed)
– Spinach
– Avocados
– Cucumbers
– Apples
– Walnuts
– Golden raisins (OR dried cranberries… whichever tickles your fancy)
– (optional!) small cubes of Parmesan cheese! (for those who feel like being naughty)
