Happy October… let’s talk goals. This month we would like every member of the gym to write a nutrition related goal on the goal board. Doesn’t have to be fancy, but please don’t say something like “eat healthy”. (Let’s be honest, that’s a bullsh*t goal.)
Be specific. Make it attainable and trackable…and if you need help, ask a coach for goal advice.
Examples:
- Track my food for 1 full week on my fitness pal
- No grains in October
- Eat <30 g of sugar per day
- Drink 8 glasses of water per day
WOD: Row / Leg Raises / Windmills / Seated Box Jumps ; DB Complex ; Manmakers / Vups / Box Jump Overs
