Another recipe from my kitchen adventures:
(I’ve been obsessed with this badboy lately on my dinner salads…better for you than the store-bought peanut sauce)
Nicole’s Almond Butter Asian Salad Dressing
- 1 heaping spoonful of almond butter
- 1 t. sesame oil
- 1-2 t. rice vinegar
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1 heaping spoonful of whole milk yoghurt (optional-if you “dairy”)
Stir all ingredients together. Add enough water to make the concoction the consistency of a salad dressing. Makes enough dressing for 2 large salads.
