HAPPY 2012!!
To start the year off right, we now have the PR board back at the box. Be sure to update all those PR’s, AND jot down your January goals on the board.
1. Pull out your calculator and convert all your old kg PR’s on the PR board to POUNDS
2. Add/update any new PR’s you’ve established in the last month
3. Write down your January 2012 goals on the goal board
