Memorial Day WOD- ONLY 1 Class today held at 9am!
Today we will be honoring fallen heros by completing a Hero WOD:
“Lumberjack 20”
On Nov. 5, 2005, a terrorist attacked fellow soldiers and civilians at Fort Hood, Texas. When the shooting ended, the terrorist had killed 12 soldiers and one civilian and wounded 43 others. Several of those killed or wounded were active CrossFitters in the 20th Engineer Battalion, home to Lumberjack CrossFit.
This workout is in honor of these soldiers, and all of the men and women who have served out country. Let’s start our Memorial Day out right honoring those who serve.
