CROSSFIT KIDS 626!
It’s official…CrossFit 626 now offers CrossFit Kids classes twice a week.
Our kids program is specifically tailored to the physical needs of children. In a society where kids want to spend their time playing video games and watching tv, we strive to make fitness something children enjoy. Our focus on functional movements develops skills that are fundamental in everyday life for kids: play, pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump to name a few. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained and certified CrossFit Kids coaches.
