Our 626 fall endurance program kicks off this week…and this time around we opened our doors to some of the Dog Haus Running Group members to join the fun.
The endurance crew will be hitting the road and the weights to improve their 5k times over the next 8 weeks…along with some accessory strength work.
Reminder for those participating in endurance: Monday 9/29/14- the endurance class will meet up at the Rose Bowl for the initial 5k time trial.
