Holy sh*t it’s May!
…which of course, means it’s time for a new monthly goal. May has been dubbed pullup month. Remember those pullup progressions I posted last week?
Your goal in May is twofold:
1. Evaluate where you are within those progressions.
2. Make it past the next step in the progression.
*For those of you already past progressions, talk to a coach. We are more than happy to come up with an appropriate goal for you. Be it chest to bar pullups, perfecting that butterfly, or muscle up skillwork, we’ll brainstorm a winner.
PS- Anyone know how/why deadlifts can help with pullups? Ask your coach!
