New Month, New Goals!
Here’s the deal for August:
Every member needs 3 goals on the goal board:
- 1 metcon goal (ex: Run a mile under 7 min)
- 1 strength goal (ex: 1RM BS 255#)
- 1 gymnastics goal (3 unbroken kipping bar mu)
Having trouble coming up with a goal? Ask a coach for suggestions.
