Goals should be SMART:

Specific (who, what, when, where, which, why…)

Measurable (how much, how many…)

Attainable
-
Realistic
-
Timely, trackable
Your goal should provide guidance and direction. General goals like ‘lose weight’, ‘get in shape’, ‘get a new job’ ‘eat better’, or ‘have less stress’ are far too vague and unspecific and most likely lead to failure. Spend a few minutes to brainstorm those “SMART” February goals.
