How well do you know your hips? Come find out in 626’s pilot offering of a new format to explore key areas for CrossFit training: Mobility Lab. Using tools and approaches from yoga and other movement modalities, Mobility Lab is designed to enhance your awareness and understanding of your movement patterns, give you new ways to train your mobility, and practice functional check-ins that will let you see progress over time.
