You have to take it.
No matter how you want to improve your fitness, nutrition, or your lifestyle, you have to make the time to do those things consistently if you want any improvement to “stick.”
Here’s one more thing you also have to get better at:
Knowing yourself. Knowing what YOU need and want in order to get where YOU want to go.
Get a calendar. Look at your schedule.
Book an appointment with yourself today, and every day to complete habits that will take you one step closer to your goal.
Do what you can.
Even if you can only find 10 minutes, that’s 10 minutes more than 0.
You’ll get better at this if you stick to it and keep trying.
