Bootcamp has arrived! Starting February 2015 there will be two morning classes, and two evening classes. To kick start this program, we will be offering FREE classes from Feb 2nd to Feb 13th on a first come first serve basis. Classes are 45 minutes and capped at 8 persons.
Bootcamp is for anyone who is new to exercise or for someone looking to ramp up their fitness routine. Our highly trained instructor will take you through a warm up, a workout, and a cool down. You can expect cardio and light weight exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls. Don’t worry if you’ve never done this before, as our workouts can be modified for any individual. Dress to sweat, and join a fun, supportive environment.
