The Sexy Beast Nutrition Challenge takes off this weekend. It’s not too late to get in on this party. It’s a great opportunity to stay on track with your eating habits and workout routine. We’ve had individuals lose up to 30 lbs. and drop over 5% of body fat. By doing this as a team, we all have something to gain; unless you have a roommate who’s trying to sabotage you.
Pre-challenge testing is happening this Friday and Saturday. If you can’t make the body composition test Friday or Saturday, just give Pam a call/email (626.765.1348/pam@crossfit626.com) to schedule a date and time that’s convenient for you.
