Chocolate Protein Muffin Recipe
Ingredients
1 large banana, mashed
1 egg
1 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 serving of chocolate SFH protein (pure or recovery)
1/4 c dairy free chocolate chips
1/4 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, stir all ingredients together.
- Grease a mini muffin pan.
- Fill each muffin cup to the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.

WHAT: 2 hours of target shooting in our own private bay.

HOW: The shooting bays are on a first come, first served basis. The facility opens at 8am. A line starts forming before opening so we are getting in line at 7:15am.
Option 1: meet at the range at 7:15am
Option 2: meet at the cul de sac adjacent to CF626 at 6am.
COST: $32 per person
*Note: regardless of the amount of time spent shooting, the cost is still $32/person. For example, if you arrive with only 30 minutes left in the bay, you still have to pay $32.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Eye protection. Clear glasses can be found at Home Depot or sunglasses will suffice.
- Ear plugs or ear muffs. Can be found at Home Depot
- Optional: personal firearms that are California law compliant and ammo.
- Optional: targets
OTHER DETAILS:
If you do not own any firearm, and it’s your first time, we encourage you to experience safe and basic handling of firearm. You are welcome to use our firearm and ammo free of charge.
