5 Weeks, 5 Workouts
Open Workouts will be programmed into Friday classes. On Saturdays from 8am-10am, all registered athletes will perform the workout with a judge. You do not have to be registered to participate on Saturdays; however, we do encourage you to do so.
Please arrive on time to be briefed on the workout. Heat times will be posted on the FB Group Page. You will be responsible for your own warm up. Coaches are there to help if you have any questions.
Reminder that there will not be regular CrossFit class held on Saturdays from 2/25-3/25.
