Jan 13 – Mar 10: 8 week Body Composition Challenge!
The annual 626 Body Comp Challenge is the time to make better habits for a healthier lifestyle. In short, you eat clean, cut out the crap, get adequate sleep, train smart, and do it all consistently for 8 weeks (Jan 13th – Mar 10th).
There will be one male and female winner with the most improvement. The prize pot currently sits at over $800 for each winner.
The Challenge includes a pre and post body composition test and unlimited Nutrition Consultations to sustain habits that fit your lifestyle.

Monday: Back Squat; Double Unders / Kettlebell Swings / Lunges
Tuesday: Row / Push Press / Hang Power Cleans / Burpees / Thrusters / Pull Ups
Wednesday: Snatch / OHS; Row / Thruster
Thursday: Jerk; Hang Power Clean / Handstand Push Ups / Run
Friday: Front Squat; Deadlift / Box Jumps / Toes to Bar
Saturday: Run / Wall Balls / Pull Ups / Burpee Box Overes
