Why is this movement awesome? Similar to the farmer carry, it’s tough, and yes, its hard on the grip (aka- makes you invincible)…
The single arm KBS is an excellent tool for posterior chain activation (hammies/lower back/glutes), AND it also requires serious anti-rotational strength to keep you upright. By that I mean CORE strength.
