The easiest recipe for Almond Flour Pancakes (paleo, gluten free, dairy free), especially for those of you on the Sexy Beast Challenge.
ALMOND PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
1½ cup of almond flour
3 eggs
1 cup of almond milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS: Mix ingredients together and cook on a skillet with coconut oil. Flip when there are a lot of bubbles. Top with your favorite berries, or maple syrup. Serves 4.
