Holy cow- egg yolks are almost as bad as smoking???
If you didn’t see the headlines last week, a new observational study was published in the journal Atherosclerosis comparing egg yolks to smoking. Researchers surveyed more than 1,200 people and found that regular egg yolk consumption is approximately two-thirds as bad as smoking in regards to the build up of carotid plaque, which is a risk factor for strokes and heart attacks.

I wouldn’t know, but I’ve heard that raw eggs deplete your biotin so you need to replenish that if you eat them.
Either way, try this, I dare you:
1 raw egg.
1 Malty Beer
Teaspoon brown sugar.
Mix in a blender, enjoy.
