Yoga starts tonight and is open to all 626ers with unlimited membership. Come in and get your zen on! (Background barbells and loud music promised to complete the “CrossFitter’s Yoga” experience.)
What’s happening this weekend? A Mount Wilson Trail Run!
Nothin’ crazy… other than a group of people excited to spend their Sunday morning running/jogging/hiking up a mountain! (This is not a registered race, we just plan to meet and the bottom of a trail and start running in a friendly non-competitive way.)
Meet up Sunday morning 8am at: 89 E Mira Monte Ave, Sierra Madre, CA 91024
There will be two difficulty levels. 1) 1.5 miles (3 round trip) turning at “First Water”. 2) 3.2m miles (6.4 round trip) turning at Orchard Camp.
