Endurance Class- It’s back!
We will be starting our next endurance program on Wednesday September 5th! This program will focus on training for and improving your 5k time and will last for 8 weeks (9/5-10/29/12).
Program details:
Class time: Classes will be held at 5:45am on Monday and Wednesday mornings- nice cool weather and sunrise workouts!
Participants: The program is open to 626ers with unlimited membership. (As with the pilot program, the endurance program is a specialized program in addition to your regular crossfit training.)
Cost: $49 for the 8 week program. Why an extra fee? This 5k program will be a detailed program developed with each individual’s goals and abilities in mind. (Think personal training, but with your friends.)
