8:30am Friday morning is our last free class to the public. Bring your friends and come join the fun!
Bootcamp is a great way to to get in cardio and light weights. Results are weight loss, strength gain, and endurance, just to name a few. If you enjoyed the last two free weeks, you can continue with your choice of Class Series.
If you missed our two weeks of free classes, don’t worry, your first class is on us. Please check the scheduled classes, choose a date/time, and contact us to reserve a spot.
