Remember all that testing you completed a few weeks ago in class? Those tests weren’t randomly pulled out of thin air my friends. Here’s a little glimpse behind the scenes of a few of the assessments we were checking up on:
- Upper body pushing/pulling
- Core strength (remember- your core is more than “abs”)
- Single leg strength
- Aerobic capacity under differentiating time domains
- Anaerobic power output
- Bending
And many many more…
Now begins the fun part. Improving. Your. Weaknesses.
