Ring rows, bands, strict, kipping, butterfly, weighted…Where are you on your pull up progressions?
The only way to snag one is to evaluate where you’re currently at, and put in the accessory work to get to the next step.
Speaking of steps…
– 10 ub ring rows with knees bent
– 20 ub ring rows with knees straight
– 5 negative pull ups (5 second descent)
– 5 green band strict pull ups
– 5 purple band strict pull ups
– 5 red or blue band strict pull ups
– 3 unassisted strict pull ups
So, where are you at?
For those of you who have advanced thru the above stages, it’s time to work on kipping/butterfly kipping as well as weighted pull ups and chest to bar pull ups.
