Rowing Workshop with Victoria Draper on Sep. 5th 10am-12pm
The Rowing Workshop utilizes Individual and Team exercises to improve rowing skills. Curriculum includes:
- SPRINTING– Learn when and how to sprint for your competitive fitness level
- STROKE RATE – Learn how to use a LOWER stroke rate to go FASTER
- TECHNIQUE – Learn tips for safety and efficiency and avoid common mistakes
- MONITOR – Use monitor functions while rowing to gauge & improve finish time
- DRILLS – Learn stroke-specific drills to auto-correct and naturally reprogram good technical habits

Monday: BS; Snatch; Row
Tuesday: FS; GTO / CTB Pull Ups / Run
Wednesday: BP; Row / Thrusters / Push Ups
Thursday: Clean; DL / Strict HSPU; PS / OHS
Friday: Bulgarian SS / Chin Ups; WB / TTB / BBJO
Saturday: GM; KBS / Lunges / Burpees (team workout)
