On another note, this week we’re giving you all the workouts in advance. Yes, you read it right. You’re getting the week’s movements. Now you can plan accordingly, but please, don’t “cherry pick.” It is suggested that you plan to make it in on days that have movements you need more polishing than the others, because that’s how you get better.
Monday: Back Squat; DL / Plank / DU
Tuesday: Bent Over Rows / Windshield Wipers; RKBS / TTB / GTO
Wednesday: PP; Burpees / Run
Thursday: FS; “Jackie”
Friday: BP / CTB; WB / HRPU
Saturday: SA DB Row / Hollow Hold; Row / DU / Burpees
