It is that time again where we have our annual in-house competition. Presenting a 2 day competition with all 626 members, we will have an RX division, and a Scaled division.
Registration is open now, and will be closed the day before the event. Please log into Zenplanner, and register for a spot in the appropriate division.
Tentative Schedule: Saturday 9am-1pm & Sunday 9am-1pm
Which division do I register? If you do class workouts as prescribed, then you should register for the RX division. If you often scale class workouts, register for the Scaled division.
What are the workouts? Workouts will be released a week in advance. There can be 3-4 workouts in one day. They can range from one rep maxes to long duration workouts i.e. skill based, strength based, endurance, and a combo of the above.
Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female in each division.
