As we count down for the 2016 CrossFit Games Open, let’s make sure we register for it before it begins! Just click here.
The Open workouts will be programmed into Friday’s class workouts. Saturday’s 8am and 9am CrossFit classes will be canceled, as we will be holding the Open workouts for registered athletes where scores will be judged. This is open to all, registered or not. We just ask that if you’d like participate on any Saturday, please message or email pam@crossfit626.com so you can be scheduled in one of the heats.
