After last night’s “nutrition confessional”, its time to get serious. Take a look at Stanley’s dinner…fresh broccoli, carrots, spinach (and pork sirloin which he devoured first). What did you have last night? (Yes, your plate should look similar to what I feed my dog.) Over the last year, I have tweaked my diet to avoid processed foods and grains, and now feel healthier and fitter than ever. After having my own nutritional epiphany, I decided my furry children should reap the benefits as well. My “kids” no longer eat kibble, and are very happy with the change.
Plain and simple, here’s the down and dirty about nutrition: Eat garden vegetables, especially greens, lean meats, nuts and seeds, little starch, and no sugar. That’s it.
Homework: Make your dinner plate look like Stanley’s.

does that mean we should eat from shiny metal bowels?
I think the shiny metal bowl really sets the mood- sophisticated, yet primal.
Okay Nicole, we are going to give this a try. I am drinking my morning spinach, strawberry, banana smoothie and Frank just finished with the Kettle Bell!
