REMINDER: The Open workouts will be programmed into Friday’s class workouts. Saturday’s 8am and 9am CrossFit classes will be canceled, as we will be holding the Open workouts for registered athletes where scores will be judged. This is open to all, registered or not. We just ask that if you’d like participate on any Saturday, please message or email pam@crossfit626.com so you can be scheduled in one of the heats.
If you’re a registered athlete, and can’t make the Open on Friday or Saturday, contact Pam to reschedule.
