Avocado Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Kitchen Classics series features staple recipes from Umahro Cadogan, The Danish “Food Doctor” and Functional Medicine expert. This mousse is free of eggs, dairy and sugar, but we swear you’ll never know the difference.

Ingredients
1 avocado
10 dates, pitted
Grated peel and juice from 1 organic lemon
Pinch of vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
1/4 c – 1/3 c(½ – 1dl) cacao powder
Directions
Mix the avocado, dates, lemon peel and juice, vanilla and cinnamon in a blender until smooth. Add 1/4 c (½ dl) cacao and mix again. Taste the mousse and add more cacao if you wish.
