After 8 weeks of dietary restrictions and a strict training regimen, the participants of the 626 Nutrition Challenge collectively lost 63.5 lbs of FAT MASS!
Most Improved Body Composition (% of BF percentage lost)
Razi (15%) and Andrea (18%)
The men had a close race with Adam only a percent behind from Razi.
The women were not even close to Andrea’s numbers.
Most Muscle Gained
Eric Leong (5.7 lbs) and Theresa (0.8 lbs)
Most Fat Loss
Richard (7.9 lbs) and Andrea (12.1 lbs)
